Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for our hospitality portfolio. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving room revenue, MICE business, corporate accounts, leisure segments, and strategic partnerships while leading a high-performing sales team.

This leadership role requires strong commercial acumen, market intelligence, and proven experience in hotel sales, revenue generation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and commercial strategies aligned with revenue goals

• Drive transient, corporate, MICE, leisure, and group sales performance

• Identify new market segments and business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and partners

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve KPIs and targets

• Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews

• Foster a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture

• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams

Business Development

• Negotiate high-value contracts and strategic partnerships

• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions

• Drive brand positioning and market visibility

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans

• Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective strategies

• Ensure accurate reporting and CRM management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, MICE, corporate contracts, and distribution channels

• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets

• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills

• Strong understanding of revenue management principles
